Default Track bar hits diff cover on flex

so im chasing a clunking noise while turning hard left. and came across mt feshly painted diff cover is scraped in an odd spot on the top side where rocks cant get to it. i come around the back side and see my track bar has the same color paint on it in the same spot. so when i tuck my left wheel up into the well it hits the track bar. i beleive i have a re 3 inch super flex kit and their track bar. any one else have this issue and have a remedy ? ill get pics later at work now

bump stops, bend the track bar, shave down the diff cover seem to be your only options. other than the obvious OTA steering/panhard setup

which diff cover is it? I know a lot of people have trouble clearing the ruffstuff one

This is a factory diff cover every thing up there is close to eachother the po installed some heavy duty tie rod on the driver side off the steering link to the passenger side. Its easily double the diamter of the factory one. Tres so large that with the jeep on the rack with the suspension drooped i cannot turn to the right as the tre hists the sway bar mounts.

I guess it's time to do some cutting and some swapping. ZJ tie rod is simple. I've never liked any of the aftermarket "heavy duty" tie rod options
the ZJ tie rod has a bend to it and clears well. and it's beef. I'd try that and sell your quote unquote "upgraded" tie rod on craigslist

the RE track bars all have 2 bends in them for clearance I thought? is your frame side bracket single shear or double shear? a slightly shorter or "raised" bracket may help you clear the diff and would have very minimal affect on the steering geometry.

You could also move the trackbar mount on the frame end forward

My ruffstuff diff cover hits my IRO track bar when coming off ledges on the faster side. Doesn't always happen

I bet changing to the RE double shear bracket might be all you need. Although I can't remember which it was that I saw but I think there is one that pushes it about an inch or two further forward. Maybe TNT? OTA is another option but will get a shorter trackbar and unless you do cross over steering will get bump steer.
