if the hardware broke than use new grade 8 stuff and weld a portion of the bracket to the body.

yea, the two nuts that are on the top side of the frame rail, its the two that the bolts go up thru to help secure the bracket, the one bolt broke, the other came out, i need to remove the nuts so to put in some heavier grade (8) hardware, i was hoping to hear of how some of you removed those nuts (if you did) to make way for stronger stuff, and what size fastener and hardware was used, the bolt i got out was so rusted its imposs to get a thread or pitch, the guy at the hardware store had no clue said to research and come back! Also, the axle side bolt and that was supplied isn't a snug fit in the end (axle end of track bar), its a rubicon exp bar, just thought it wouldn't have such a sloppyfitment..

X2^^^^ I run that track bar and so does my buddy. They are beefy and fit perfect. The double shear bracket is really well built as well
