Toe maxed alignment HELP
I just did all the tie rod ends and ball joints and track bar bushings.
I can’t get my wheels straight at all or inline with one another. My drivers wheel is fully toed in and I can’t twist the bar any more to match the passenger wheel that has the pitman arm attached to it.
the only mod to the car is a 2inch lift

Are your front tires pointing into each other like Tommy pickles feet from Rugrats or are you having an issue with the track bar and front axle being centered under the front of your jeep?
Track bar bushingS being replaced leads me to believe you have an aftermarket track bar and at just a 2" lift im wondering what track bar kit you bought to install for a small lift
I would be confused how a 2" lift relates to an alignment issue other than how you are describing "an alignment issue"

Pictures would be super helpful. Sounds to me like you installed the wrong part somewhere. Not necessarily by your own fault but potentially by ordering/receiving the wrong steering component. It wouldn't really add up to say it's all brand new and it's all exactly like what was installed previously and now it just won't work. Clearly something has changed

Professional aligment is not the answer t9 everything..
to me it sounds like drag link tie rod is improperly install.
If so this will need corrected before "professional" attempts aligment.
I have had to shorten tie rod inside chrysler adjuster sleeve to get things to jive. But this was on a 02 cummins i put a 08.5+ steering on so not exactly a bolt on deal. Very close.
Though easily accomplished once figured out what needed to happen.
Step outside the box steer clear of professional alignment shop, be rewarded by tuning your jeep yourself.
Handing money over to a shop has a high likly hood of not getting anything for your money.

It ended up being my tie rod ends were longer than the last and my upgraded sleeve was too long so I ended up going back to a weaker but still sturdy sleeve which is shorter.
long story short don’t order rockauto a front end kit if you have a upgraded sleeve.
