Is there a difference between 2 channel and 4 channel amp wiring?
By wiring, I mean power wire, remote wire, rca cables, and such. Does a 4 channel amp need 2 rca cables going to it or just 1 rca cable? Thanks for the help. Basically, I want to hook up my Kenwood 4 channel amp and some other 2 channel amp. Will this wiring kit work for that?

Power wiring is the same, Power, Remote, and Ground. You will need two RCA cables for a four channel amp, one plug for each channel.

4 channel amps are generally not built for subs. A 4 channel works well for door speakers or component speakers. A solid 2 channel amp will work much better for a sub. You also have to make sure your ohms are correct. If you have dual voice coils, you have a lot more flexibility.
