last summer i grabbed a set of quick disco's from a swap meet. now that i have my lift installed on my 98' i want to swap them out for my disco's. the problem im having is the whole overall length of my quick disco's are taller than the ones on my jeep now. ive tried putting them in but my sway bar itself sits way too high once the jeep in on the ground. now what i was thinking is cutting some off the middle tube and drilling new holes for the pin to go through. i cant find any info on this so im asking, how much should i cut to get things straight? sorry for the long post guys..
