Default Stock or RC U/L Control Arms

ok I have a 2" lift on my cherokee and I have the opportunity to purchase some Rough Count X Flex upper and lower control arms..

Will it be worth the cost in performance return or should I stay with the stockers?

So is there a brand that would be worth installing since RC & RE aren't worth the cost or just keep the factory control arms? I boxed in the lowers and added skids already.

Is there any proven stats how much additional advantage these types of control arm add for the suspension flex? Anyone used a stock xj, measured it out then added the flex joint style control arms and measured it out again?

RE arms are good, since they have more movement they allow the axle to drop more without binding. Binding is the big factor that makes them worth it, long lasting parts that are meant to flex, unlike stiff rubber which as we all know does not like to move. For you though Jrozar, I would recommend Clayton's adjustable JJ arms, they are very heavy duty and are stronger than if not the strongest on the market. I'm sure you will be seeing some rocks or high centering at times, I wouldn't trust stock arms at all

I'm using a set of HD Adj. uppers and lowers that some don't care for either the Rustys Off Road ones and the joints have held up very well so far mostly all off road use. For $190 each the price wasn't too bad and have been fine so far will post otherwise if I have any problems with them.

They did give me the flex and adjustability that I was looking for both.

Another company you could check is TMR, Canadian company. I am using their arms. Very beefy, with JJ. With the difference between our dollars it might be worth contacting them. I know I have more flex, made it a little farther up the RTI ramp with new arms installed.

Currie, Clayton, Tnt, Rokmen, Savvy , Serious Offroad, or Teraflex. I personally run upper and lower teraflex since they are local and replacement parts are a 5 minute drive
