Alright yes I know this has been posted countless times cause I have read at minimum 20 different posts about this but none of them fit me so the bolt that hold the steering stabilizer to the drag link will not come out I have used a pitman arm puller a air hammer a 5 lb hammer I've tried heating it up I've even drilled threw the bolt and for some reason it has not moved at at all I'm lost I can't drive the vehicle and I really need it what can I do sorry if I'm in the wrong section but I'm stuck and completely just stumped

You don't necessarily need the stabilizer to drive the Jeep. Many folks don't use one at all.
When I changed out my tie-rods, that bolt would not come out of the old tierod so I just went out and bought a bolt and some nuts to use on the new rod. In your case, you might be able to drill out that stud and replace it with a new bolt from the hardware store.

I have major death wobble at 20 mph if I hit just a tiny bump with the stabilizer what could that be if I do not need it ?

That death wobble is not caused by the stabilizer and a new one is only going to hide the issue and not fix it.
So I have play in my track bar could that be the issue also what's the negatives of not having a steering stabilizer I'm on a 5.5 inch lift 33x11.5 tires

The negatives of not using a stabilizer is that you will feel the road a bit more...which isn't really a negative for some people.
Well I go off-road with my gf a lot so I'll probably need it then is there anyways you or anyone can think of to remove it I've tried to drill it with steel drill bits

Buy a new tierod to replace it at the same time you buy a new track bar. Might as well get the rest of them while you are at it too...

I ended up taking it to a 4x4 shop she's running good and steering wheel is tight thanks to everyone for all the help !
