They are all pretty much the same. If your steering is good you don't even need one. I haven't had one in years. It's basically there to make the steering feel a bit more cushy and hide samll issues.

if you need a good one, look at the trailmaster 4 way.
it's a coil-over unit that is tough as nails. i'd say it's the best one out there.

A steering stabilizer and hydraulic assist aren't even close to the same thing...
