Default Steering help ASAP!!!

Just installed a IRO long arm. I have 6.5 coils RC track bar. I was running stock arms previously and i went to LA to clear up my bad caster etc.

Well now I just got it together and im trying to set the caster to 5.5 off the top ball joint. Does anyone have a step by step how to do this? The top of my front diff is facing downward/ pinon facing upward. If i put my angle finder on the top balljoint i get 5.5 but im not sure if its positive or negative. I drove it around the block and the steering was darting all over! Then the next big problem occured when i tried turning into my driveway and the steering locked! The tie rod is smashing up against my stabilizer bolt! Any help suggestions please respond, trying to go to a big event in the AM. Thanks!!

This. Caster is defiantly in the wrong direction. Either shorten the upper arms or lengthen the lowers.

My caster Is almost maxed out on the IRO Bracket.
I flipped the bolt on the stabilizer and gained some room but the tie rod is still hitting my sway bar link? is this normal when you go long arm? Do you have to change out the stock steering?

It seems if i had a drop pitman arm it would give me much more clearence?

i have the 8 inch IRO long arm kit. in the directions it tells u to actually put a bend in the draglink right were your having clearance issues. i put mine in a 20 ton press and it bent pretty easily. about 5 degrees i think is what they tell u but i just bent it till it looked good and it works fine for me.

Your caster is far too negative. You want it around 5 to 7 degrees positive. Dont touch the steering until you get that straigtened out.
