So I bought a 2001 XJ, knowing it needs a cylinder head. At work, I bought a 2003 WJ that has been front end hit on passenger side. Original intent was to swap engine, and then some of our members enlightened me as to the clean sheet redesign for the WJ block and mounting locations. However, I can use the TUPY cylinder head.

So I only have this weekend to strip off any and every thing I want, need, can pay it forward or sell from the WJ. I am claiming the seats front and rear as mine, and the cylinder head, and possibly the wheels.

From my reading on here there is a WJ steering mod, however it looks less exchange and more fabrication, modification. The WJ has right around 130k on the odometer, runs great, transmission, transfer, axles etc., we're all operating fine. I'm sure none of the other stuff really transfers, but if so please post up.

I'm pretty sure people would buy the steering knuckles quickly along with the akebono calipers. I don't know what else would/can be used on a XJ.
