so I am probably getting the 5.5" critical path kit from iron rock offroad. their stuff is priced great, the kits really complete, and the on road ride is supposed to be nice and since it will be my daily driver, onroad ride is a huge part of my purchase. This kit come with nitro shocks. I believe they are the same or very similar to rough country nitro shocks. for an extra 68$ I can upgrade to doetsch-tech pre-runner 8000 shocks which have more travel and are "better". I want to know which shock rides better on the road. If you've had experience with either one or both or have heard about them, please any input is Good input.

The shocks that come with the kit are Rough Country's shocks.
The Bilsteins are worth it, swapped them into a buddies XJ that had Rubicon Express' shocks night and day doesn't do them justice.
Well worth the expense.
