Default Shifter prob after t-case drop

Just did my transfer case drop and it fixed all of my vibe and squeak problems with my 3" lift. The transfer case shifter feels fine. It's te gear shifter that is weird.
In 2nd and 4th gear it engages but doesn't really drop into gear like it should. I drove it about 20 miles and it rides good and doesn't pop out of gear but something just isn't right.
Anyone else run into a prob like this?

Sometimes after T-Case drop installs you'll have to adjust the linkage to get everything shifting smoothly again.

The shifter is hitting the floor, mine did that too. I cut the floor back some for clearance. This is a 5 speed right?

My bad, should have assumed you had the 5 speed. Sounds like maverickdan has your solution. Sucks to cut your floor for a stupid T case drop though...

Yes. 5spd. Ax-15.

I'm assuming the center console has to come out to trim the floor or can you get away with just removing the shifter boot?

I just took the boot out, and loosened and turned the inner boot.
