Question Shackle/Spring ID,and bedliner "paint job" help?!

I just got a 99 XJ from somebody that got it from a tow yard, so there are ALOT of questionable items on it. Iam going thru it and will eventually correct the meth head, ghetto crap they've forced on this Cherokee!
Obviously the PO has no clue what anything is on it when asked. There are some rear lift shackles on it I cant identify along with what looks like stacked blocks(ya thats all going bye bye) with some red coil springs, along with a real ****ty attempt at bedliner paint job! Crap is so abrasive,it feels like 60 grit or worse.
I would like help Identifying the shackles, coil springs, and maybe some insight on knocking down some of the "texture" of the "paintjob".Iam not looking for perfect just want it tolerable to the effect iam not afraid of leaving skin every time my hand or arm slips. I will re bedliner the entire thing with a smoother, more competent product(monstaliner/raptor etc) so that should help with filling in some of the previous texture.

front coil springs, they red so performance right?LOL (Iam kidding)

rear shackles of unknown manufacture

Rear Shackles unknown

Cheese grater bedliner

I can't help with identifying the shackles or coils. I'd start from scratch on the suspension though. Pick a suspension system that you might like and go with it. I daily drive a 98 with a Rough Country suspension and I actually like how it rides, and it was very affordable.

The "paint" looks like what we used to lay down on the decks of Navy ships. Looks like non skid deck paint, and we used to grind it off with a large grinder. How you'd get it off the body... that might require a grinder and flap disc.

True, I was thinking of getting a 3" RC lift or piecing together a lift from known vendors...that way I know exactly what is on there!

Now that you say that, makes me think they might have done something like that,or even grab cheap paint and toss in playground sand to make their own, as bad as this looks!

Those look like very stiff coils. They might be Ford TBird coils painted red. Must ride like a tank
