true. but you can get 8" of lift with flatter leaves, a longer shackle and relocation brackets, and have a better riding, flexier rear suspension.

my rustys dont sit that far forward ,sure there rustys mine have plastic insert between the leafs dont see them on yours

so a longer main leaf and a good shackle in the possision opposite of what it is now would be good?

any body ever extended a main leaf ? lol im the kinda guy that like to fab stuff up and do stuff my self and dont have a whole lot of money right now.... booo this sucks

If you get the relocators you dont need a longer main leaf. and you will get that angle anyways because you put the shackle more towards the front.

what brand and size of shocks do yall recomend ? my front has 14''s of travel and rear has 10"s of travle

figure out your final suspension setup, ride height, and bumpstops first, then measure.

i would also reccomend raising the rear lower shock mounts if you value clearance and not breaking them off.

Yes. My build has a set. Not a super clean looking set, but a set that has taken a beating. Search around too, there are many ideas out there.

If you're looking for shackle relocation brackets check these out. Much beefier than RC and bolt to the frame as well as the shackle box not just the box like RC.
