Took my jeep to the mud bogs... the woman took it out and sheered the bolt that holds my rubicon express track bar to the bracket. Is the bolt going through the end of the track bar pressed in or what? how do I go about fixing this? I should be able to just put in a new bolt correct??

It's just a normal bolt. Don't recall the size, check RE's site for included parts with the kit. IIRC I had to drill out the unibody TB mount to 15/16"
I am talking about the frame side. The bolt that goes through the end of the track bar to the frame mount. It is not threaded through the rod end, but I cannot figure out for the life of me how to get the bolt out. Any help would be appreciated

If you can't get it a part...

And yeah, the bolt site vertical into the mount, I cannot get the bolt out. Should I just take the end off and pound the bolt out?

Yeah, thats the part I'm worried about. If not though, a new rod end and a jam nut should do the trick? Never really had to deal with this RE Heavy Duty track bar.Originally Posted by SeriousOffroad
