Shorty antenna?
Anyone know where I can get a shorty antenna from!? I've tried autozone and walmart and none of the ones they have worked. all the wrong screw. Itd be for a factory replacement on a 2000 xj.

Like I said in the last sentence, factory replacement. I don't have the tools to really cut down the stock antenna right now (I'm at college for hours away)

Cutting it will work, but I didn't really think about that at the time. I wanted a shorter one for the same reason as you and I am pretty sure this is the one I purchased (its been awhile). But this one came with a couple adapters as shown.

If you buy the hacksaw though, you save 6 bucks and you have a tool every man should own.

EDIT- Can anyone take a pic of the base where the antenna and mount meet? I feel like the antenna on mine is not the original....

See I got a version of that and it came with the same adapters, even one that said Chrysler(which I hoped would work) but none of the adapters worked. so I'm not sure. I'm really debating on just removing the antenna everytime I off road.

I can make them......I have one ready to go from a 97 XJ....I'll need to know how tall you want it 8" 10" etc.
I will need your old one a 1 for 1 exchange/ Do you want it flat black or the factory stainless......
