this summer I plan to check the Rubicon trail off my bucket list along with some other friends of mine. One of the guys who has done this before and is leading the group said we need under armor and possibly quarter panel armor. I have the GC stock stuff (gas and T-case) but do I need something beefier for my belly and if so what do you recommend? I have rock sliders, a front diff guard, and a stronger drag link and so far all that has done well in the local rock places i have been.

 

Funny you should mention this Jon. I just drove by the trail head yesterday to get a grand at South Tahoe Get a plate under that gas tank and transfer case. The V8 tie rod too. Hitting the quarter panels would be a given too
