Rough Country 4.5” Long Arm Question
Was looking online and asked a couple people and it sounds like I wouldn’t need a SYE kit going with a 4.5” lift. I’m looking into the 4.5” RC long arm right now. I wanted to see that I’d be fine without the SYE since I would be getting the transfer case drop kit as well which I read would eliminate the vibration. Thoughts?

You can not use a transfer case drop with their long arm kit, or any long arm kit that I am aware of. Every Jeep is different. Some XJs need an SYE as low as 3 inches of lift, and some can get away with 4+ without one. But with long arm, you are just asking for trouble by not putting one on.
