Default Replacement Shackle help

So today I went to replace the factory shackles with lift shackles. The driver side went smoothly but the passenger side...not so much. The nut that is within the frame has broken loose and now I need ideas to getting the shackle out and how to fix the broken nut. I've already taken off the bumper and cut to see the bolt and nut within the frame. I've also tried taking a sawzaw to the bolt with no luck because it's a hardened bolt. Any and all ideas are welcome.

Thanks,
Adam

I'll go get that blade tomorrow and give it a shot. Any ideas about how to put the new bolt and nut in?

I'm assuming you stacked them inside the frame to that you could have the nut stick out enough to put a wrench on it?
