Awhile ago I bought a smittlybilt tire carrier and the weight of the bumper and everything else maade my rear end sag. I had Rough country leaf springs so I replaced them with Rubicon express heavy duty springs and it helped alot but still sags a little low especially when I have a full tank of gas and camping gear. I have been looking into getting some different shackles that are just a little longer then stock just to raise up the rear end a little bit but I wanna make sure that won't mess anything up first.

Shackles will raise your rear, will do the job. Opinions are divided on Shackles, up to you .

Get the front bumper and a winch to level it out. haha. JK

I installed both the front and rear with tire carrier. I fully expected the weight with a tire to cut into my lift a little, but it didnt. RC 4.5 inch lift, no shackles. Only compresses a little when fully loaded with the camp gear.

Different shackles, adjustable shackles, shackle relocators are options. you must pay attention to the shackle angle, if not set to 45 degrees, ride can be very harsh and rough. you may also try a helper spring at bottom of the spring pack.

What is your current shackle angle? you may need a relocator if you lengthen shackle a lot and angle deviates from 45 degrees too much.

I'll have to see if I can get a good picture of mine because it's definitely sags a little even with an empty tank of fuel lol

I'll have to check my angle because i can't remember when I changed the springs. I would imagine its good because it's not a rough ride.
