rear bumper mount reinforcement
i just recently build a rear bumper for my xj but in the fab thread i was told having the bumper mounted to in the stock area with no reinforcement would just pull off the sheet metal holding it when i try to tow a load or get pulled out with the d rings ill post a picture of the current mount before i welded on the actual bumper. the bumper all done weighs in between 45 and 50 pounds and the metal isnt slouching at the moment but I know im going to need to reinforce it to the frame but im not confident to just wing it so could i get some help?sorry if this is wordy but i want to be as clear as i can.
here is the build thread to it..

I have my steel bumper mounted like that, only in stock location. I have a hitch mount in it and I use it to tow a small motorcycle trailer and my bike. I have no worries about that. I did get pulled out by the drings twice after getting stuck. Thats a diffrent story, both times I was just waiting for the whole bumper to get ripped off. It did hold up but I will tie it into the frame for that reason I know that one day if somebody pulls too rapidly it will not hold up. You are suppose to make strips of metal on the bottom and tie it into the framerails, where the factory hitch goes, however if you have no factory hitch you need to buy nutstrips from JCR ($20) You insert them into the frame where you have the bumper mounts now and they allign with the holes for the hitch in the frame. Then you just tie in the bumper into that.
