Default RE 3.5" SuperFlex Installed but need some help

Installed the kit yesterday with the help of a friend.

Quick Pic with ALL stock suspension parts in the cargo area &tires

But my question is in regards to the RE Quick Disconnects. My instructions for them got wet and are unreadable. Can anyone point me in the right direction or have a pic for reference? I have been searching on RE website for reference with no success.

And one other question. Would it be better to take the XJ to a 4x4 wheel shop or would a firestone place be Ok for an alignment? I got the adjustable track bar & lower control arms as well

Thanks in Advance

see photo 1... Hope this helps... I don't remember how the instructions went for the ones that I had. Like you I can't seem to find the actual install directions.

As for the alignment I would take it to a reputable alignment shop. If you know of one that you trust then take it there.

these are the ones that came with the kit.

Thx..I saw those but those are not the quick discos. I remember the instruction asking to drill the side of the inner finder. But like they say measure twice cut once. Don't want to make a mistake that I will later regret. I'm hoping that some that has these on an XJ can take a quick pic of theirs.

its pretty easy. i had them on my rig but i no longer have a sway bar since i never actually connect it after trail rides. just bolt the links to the sway bar. then line the links up somewhere to the frame where everythings tucked up and out of the way. drill ur hole and mount the pieces up and ur all done. directions are over rated

That's what I was going to do but then I saw this. I'm super confused now.

It's a 87 XJ and his got a 3.5 RE Super Flex Kit just like the one that I got. And he connected the quick Disco's in this fashion.

just did a set of these on a tj just swap out the lower mounting bolt for the new mounting stud and find a suitable place to mount the stowing stud for when you have them disco'd in the fender well drill a 1/2 in hole and mount the stud an viola your done straight forward no bologna

Yes sir. Find a friend too to help ya tighten it. Use the pin and have them tighten. Use locktite or they'll come out. I'd know
