Default RC long arm JJ upgrade

So after 6 years of moderate abuse and DD my RC long arm kit the joints are starting to give up, so I decided to go with Johnny Joints but I am not sure which joints to order as there are many options. I calles RC for information about their Xflex joints specs and did not get many information from them other than the lower arms joints are 1 1/4 x 12 and uper 3/4 x 16. I still need to know if the threads are RH or LH the size of the shank and the width of the crossmember bracket where the joints do attached. I will not have access to my XJ for the next couple of months so wont be able to take the measurements.
Id realy appreciate if anyone who has done it would give me some information as to what parts to order.
Thanks

How old are those style RC joints ?? They look nothing like the ones I used... These are the X flex joints now...

Those look like the updated versions. Old style had a snap ring and washer on one side and then that stupid thread in washer and locking grub bolt on the other. Most the time the thread in washer would blow through the threads and then you have an uncaptured bushing and uni-ball joint. If your cheap or want cheap trail spares - weld the thread in washer to the housing and then utilize the snap ring and washer on the other side for servicing the joint.

That link above is legit! Thanks for that!
