questions about custom front bumpers

so we haven't started on the new bumper yet, I have one more question. How would i cut the plastic in the wheel wells in order to make it look good on the Jeep with a new bumper. The Bumper will just be a basic C channel bumper. It would be great to get a lot of feed, thanks!

I am a siding contractor for a living we use klenks for just about every thing we cut check them out you can but them at a siding supplier sometimes at parr lumber

haha okay thanks, I am trying to post pictures of the jeep as we are restoring it but I'm having issues, I will get all the photos posted and if i do cut my finger off I will post pics haha
that plastic liner is always the first thing to go when i build a jeep. it just gets in the way and there are no ill effects from removing it.
(i guess you could argue that the door hinge area is more prone to rust and road salt, but in several years of owning xjs in new england winters and all my friends, and everyone on the forums, i have never seen this as an issue)
