You could always purchase a used Corporate 8.25 with 29 spline axles and then sell the D35 and ARB as a package deal....
I see used C8.25s 29 spline differentials being sold for $100-250; they can be found in XJs built after June 1996.
It is a much stronger differential and can be used with 35" tires.
