Default Pros and Cons of this 2001???

I am wondering what the pros and cons are to building this into a DD/Trail Rig?
Specifically this http://chicago.craigslist.org/nwc/cto/4281470701.html vs a 99,00,01 non limited? I want something clean looking but still fun off road. I want my wife to be able to jump in it and go and still have the option of engageing lockers and have fun off road in the snow!

Buy it and convert it to 4wd later down the road. That is super clean and you know it's never been off road.

if you reallyyyyyyyy wanted to you could lift it and lock the rear and just leave to 2wd until you get the chance to do the swap. you'd be surprised how far you could get in 2wd with a locked rear

I'd buy that in a country minute, convert it to 4wd, trick it out and only drive it on the street, really nice rig.
