Default pitman arm drop

Looking to drop my pitman arm, I have 4 1/2 lift. Which would be the best to go with?

I've heard it helps out a lot with the steering.. am I wrong?

Depends how far of a drop some times too much is bad,But the whole steering linkage needs to be upgraded if your gonna go off road with it.

Just put on a 1" drop on 4.5" lift and tie bar type steering. Much improved steering and less bump steering. I like it.

That's a beefy system, but still using that inverted y set up IIRC. IF you are going to get one, don't go more than an inch, I think the v8 ZJ arm is about that.

A Drop Pitman Arm is not needed at your lift height, save your money.

Your not really wrong on a leaf spring 4x4 a drop arm is good,But on a link and coil set up like these jeeps have its not really needed tell you get a monster lift on it.

The whole point of a drop pitman arm is to make the drag link parallel with the track bar. If you have some huge dropped track bar bracket then you might need one but I seriously doubt it.
