Default Pitman arm

A drop pitman arm should only change my steering wheel position right. Or will it change my toe

Neither, it will lower your draglink.

Before I answer that...

Why do you think you need a DPA?

I just installed a rc 4.5 x series kit, the adjustable track bar in the kit is junk and the or track bar bracket on the frame is flexing. This is causing death wobble. After talking with rc we determined the best fix for this is, to use the heym joint end track bar with a drop bracket and a drop pitman arm. I was also planning on going to 6.5 long arm in the front down the road.

The only time you need to install a DPA is if you drop the trackbar as well.

The trackbar and drag link should be as close to parallel as possible.

Been covered here many, many, many times.

As stated above I'm installing a different track bar with a drop bracket along with a drop pitman arm

Getting back on track, how will this effect my fresh alignment?

You'll have to re-center your steering wheel.

That's what I was thinking. I could be wrong but I figured as the pitman drops the drag link will need to be shorted up abit to compensate for the drop.
