Wonder if any cf parishioners have completed the CAD delete mod, including swapping out the vacuum switch on the t-case (NP231 specifically) for an electrical switch so that the 4wd dash lights will work.

I swapped the CAD polluted Dana 30 on my 1991 XJ for a 96' high pinion Dana 30. Wondering if this will work on a t-case in a 91' XJ?

 

Deleted many CADs, but never worried about the light since the lever position indicates engagement.

You can only imagine what it was like in the olden days......2 block ***** with no writing on them !!!!!!!
