Default P0172 after new MAP sensor

My 98’ XJ was throwing a P0172 running too rich code. It was having some rough idle and misfire and other symptoms that led me to replace the MAP sensor. I cleared the code and it’s been running a lot better since then. That seemed to take care of the rough idle for sure, but after driving it around for a while the same code came back on. Is there anything else I should check right away? Is it possible that it may just need more drive time to let the computer to recognize the new sensor or something like that?
