Default P0171 and P0172 codes

hydrolocked my xj a week ago and got that issue fixed but it keeps throwing a P0171 and P0172. Both O2 sensors were replaced with NTK sensors about 3mos ago. It seems to run fine with a random misfire here and there and runs really good at WOT. you come to a stop and the jeep searches for an idle speed and then seems fine. I noticed the jeep got abnormally louder and checked the manifold and there are 2 cracks in the APN header and I know one has been there a while but looks like it developed a new one and it looks like I'm missing the donut between the downpipe and manifold. I havent replaced plugs yet, but I recently replaced the cap/rotor/distributor because the bushing was shot on the dizzy shaft. Ran great up to the hydrolock point and never threw any codes prior.
I'm going to try pulling the manifold tomorrow to weld the header cracks and while the intake is off i'm going to clean the injectors, map, tps(just replaced), and iacv as well as cleaning the throttle body. is there a safe way to clean the o2 sensors just in case?

Are plugs for cyl. 1 or 2 fouled? Could be o2 sensor issue.. I'd shoot for OEM sensors over NTK brand any day. Check the MAP sensor and IAC, though I think you said you checked/replaced the IAC already..

Also, those cracks need to be taken care of to be able to start eliminating/pinpointing the problem.

NTK/NGK is the oem sensor manufacturer
I replaced the tps due to a transmission issue recently but didnt touch the map/iac. I will change all the plugs as well. the ones in it are e3 put in by p.o. and i grabbed a set of champions even though i despise champions in anything but a lawnmower it seems everyone prefers them in a jeep
