I believe the top of the adjuster will rotate towards to the back of the Jeep.

I buy the cheapest brakes I can find that don't squeal.

I buy $25 pads, $20 shoes and $19 rotors and drums from the parts store.

Tape measure.

Measure the inside diameter of the drums. I'm not really sure which came with which drums off the top of my head. Every one I've ever had came with 10" drums.

So I used the search button and I have the 9" drums.
How often do you need to replace the drums? I think mostly I can just replace the shoes I have changed a lot of brakes. I am guess asking if replacing the drums is pretty common.

Depends on how worn they are. I've never replaced drums twice on any vehicle I've ever owned... Have them re-surfaced if they're within spec. Most parts stores will do it. Same goes for rotors.

I can not find a good write up on how to replace drag link.
Is it just really easy to do other then pull it off the pitman?
How do you drop it off the other end?

Installed drag link not as hard as I thought it would be. The alignment is pretty on straight. I will get to the shop Monday.
Since I had the wheels off I replaced the disk brakes, the driver side disk would not come off. I got it off and saw the hub was E'''ed up so I tried to remove the hub.
the axle nut came right off, the 3 bolts came off with a little PB blast heat and a little persuasion. The hub would not budge. beat it with a hammer heat more hammer more PB, ended up taking a cold chisel between the dust cover and the axle.
I am looking for info on a better way to remove the Hub?
No one is going to read this anyway.
I will tell you, the brakes were easy and fast for the most part.

Got new tires went to get alignment. Like new tires 235/75 wrangler radials Disco tire not bad. When I had it at alignment shop they pointed out driver side LCA all wonky. I do not have time to replace them right now so they will get that and then another alignment.

The shop guy said my car was pulling to the left because my right caliper was not working.

SO should I replace my caliper? I was told to always replace them in pairs?

SO Help.....
What do I do about my calipers? Do I have to do both at same time?

I have the slect trax.
I have full time and part time 4x4.
I can shift in to 4x4. The light on the dash comes on.
I shift out of 4x4 and the light goes out.
It is just taking time for the T-case to shift out of 4x4 back to 2x4.
I am wondering if I am doing something wrong, are there a lot of pieces I need to check, is it pretty common for it to shift out of 4x4 slowly?

That's not abnormal. Sometimes backing up will help it disengage.

I changed out my ball joints. The first set took almost 6 hours and the second set took 3 I got a little better.
My question is should thinking it drives better just wishful thinking or could they feel better?
One of the upper balljoints came apart in several pieces the other ones were just old.

If they were that bad I'd think you'd notice a difference. Either way, if you won't notice a difference I'm sure your tires and the rest of the suspension notices a difference.
