New steering and death wobble

New steering and death wobble
So I just replaced my stock and very worn out steering with the ruff stuff 3/4 heim steering. I finished building it all today and went for a test drive and got the worst death wobble I've ever seen at around 25 mph. My toe and camber castor are all in spec. I have the rc trackbar with the heim on the axle side. The heim and frame mount both seem to be good. I'm at a loss here. Any help would be great

Might be the angle of the pic, but is your axle still centered proper with track bar?

Not sure why, but I can't stop looking at your track bar.

Go through all the bolts and make sure they are tight

I've checked and rechecked all bolt in my front end. The frame side bushing on my driver side lca looks like it might be a bit worn out but not that bad. What I don't get is yesterday when I still had stock steering I didn't have this problem

Maybe you were thinking it wasn't lined up with the drag link?
I thought so at first glance but pulled the photo into photoshop and drew some lines. I'm guessing a bit on the track bar lower mount as it is behind the tie rod.
It looks to be impressively parallel to drag link angle.

have someone wiggle the steering wheel while you look at all the components moving, if a parts worn out you'll see it then. have you looked at your ball joints or control arm bushings? if everything checks out then i would look at your alignment again. don't forget to check caster as well.

Then have'em rock the truck forward and back. That's how I found I needed axle u-joints/ball joints

Well problem solved! I had someone turn the wheel while I was under it and the heim on my trac bar had just a bit of play. I replaced it and it got better but still did it periodically. I threw the driver side heim on the tie rod otk and welded up a stabilizer mount and it drives better than it ever has. Thanks for the help everyone

That's great! Always helps to have someone around. I didn't really get to see my problem until a buddy of mine did all that mentioned while I was underneath looking for the problem.

Just got the same steering. I saw in your pic that you have your drag link on top of your pitman arm. How is that working out? Any problems rubbing?
