Got my rear BPE's in today so I threw them in... still waiting on the fronts and my shackles (rears were out of stock so they got drop shipped and made it here first... odd).
Didn't feel like fighting the bar pins, so I cut em off:

Mounted up:

I went with the Teraflex BPE's. Advertised as 1" of extra shock extension, so with 2.5" of lift all-around I should be alright. More pics when the other parts arrive.

Shackles came in today... having fun with the 2nd mount bolt. It'll be sitting at 20" all around tomorrow.
Decided that I would just bite the bullet and get new shocks. They had a deal on Skyjackers at Morris4x4 so I ordered them. So I guess I took both routes: Shocks & BPE's.
Thanks for all the input, pics when it's all installed for anyone who happens to read this.

So I don't know if anyone is still checking my progress here, but I'll post anyway:
Got my new Rough Country adjustable shackles on today (had to hack the driver's side mount bolt with the sawzall which was fun). This brought my back end up another 1". I like the stance a lot more and it gives added room to level out with cargo weight.
Pics:
Went with adjustable shackles for the option of going up another inch down the road.

Now just waiting for my front BPE's and all my shocks to come in the mail on Thursday and my suspension should be done (for now...)
After suspension: NEW TIRES!
