i have a 2001 xj just put a 3 inch lift and need shocks what would be a good shock for on and off road use open to all suggestion thanks

i have been and there are tons of different makes bds rancho edelbrock and so on i was asking to get some imput from here and THANKS for your INPUT

You got your answer bilstein 5100 is what everyone will tell you because 90% of these people run them.

Bilstein 5100, Fox, King, Oldman Emu

Any of those you'll be fine. All others are made by Tenneco (Monroe) under a private label so you pay for a one size fits all valving where the ones above use a vehicle specific valving.

I personally run bilstein 5100's. They ride awesome in road and even better offroad especially at higher speeds

When it comes to suspension you get what you pay for.
