got the cross member done, tapped a 1/2" tap in front of the 2 stock cross member holes, then the 3/4" holes for the side supports. Dull bits/step bits made the job harder. After what felt like wrestling with king kong I got it together. In hindsight I may have welded on the side supports. I didn't like the frame bolts close to the fuel and brake lines. Had to grind off a little part of the inner pinch seem to get the washer and bolt to fit. Frame stiffeners probably added to the distance. My first long arm install, no biggie.

Threw the long arms together, cutting off the LCA brackets was hell. Sawzall helped a lot though, went thru like 3 cut off wheels.
Pressing out the stock pumpkin bushing and pressing in the Currie was pretty easy

Installed Daystar bumpstops and playing around with some Metal Cloak bump stops . I got these shocks cheap and hoping to gain an inch or so of droop with the extensions. Measured and took off an inch (1 puck) for compression.
mocked up front and back, 5.5" springs in the front, 4.5" in the back with the corresponding shackles for the 5.5" RE kit but it still seems a little high in the rear. I believe the perches may be a little too tall. Forgot if they're Barnes or Ruffstuff
Kinda disappeared. Jeeps been running great. Front end is remarkably smooth considering I did a tape measure wheel alignment. CvaFab 3 link is awesome. Took it to Big Bear and put it to the test and it performed. Trimmed the fenders, Took the hub conversion off my YJ and thru it on the XJ. Installed Dirt bound stiffeners on before the trip. Sold the KM2's and put on my YJ's Grabbers which I like beteer. (The YJ is going thru a metamorphosis, D44 37s etc) ZJ tie rod upgrade too.
