Default Is my locker locking??

So I wired the red to the red on the battery, the blue to a fuse (on the non hot side, us what I was told) that comes on with ignition. The black is grounded. I hit the switch and the light doesn't turn on. I was told my steering would be stiff, but dont notice the difference. Advice???

you should notice if your locker is working when you turn. and it sounds like your switch doesn't have a power wire run to it to light up. seems like you spent as much time wiring up this locker as you did describing the problem.

I'm sorry, first I pulled off the dash. Pulled out radio, ac control to see if the was easy access for wire since I didn't want holes low. I also pulled off the cluster and proceeded where the rear wiper is at and thought that would be a good spot. Made a hole next to the booster mount and ram my wire through there. Red ran to the battery along the wiring against the firewall. The two black (1w/red stripe) were run along the diff breather, covered and secured. Those under the dash are plugged in to the relay and fuse (supplied). which the red also goes through. The relay then has a yellow which goes to top of switch and a black thats grounded to the booster stud. That ground also goes to the bottom of the switch. Last wire, the blue comes from mid of the switch to a fuse when ignition is on. I used a fuse tap to connect the wire. The tap is from the non hot side, as I was told from my local 4x4 shop.
If theres more you would like for me to add, I can. Maybe how I put the dash back together?? I'll post pics later, app is crashing with uploads...

jmo, but i don't get too wound up on the whole ignition on, ignition off thing. i would personally run it so the switch is live all the time, because when im done with my locker or im turning my jeep off, i would never leave the switch on. this is how i would run my wiring...but with the 3rd wire run with the positive http://www.google.com/imgres?um=1&hl...,r:14,s:0,i:98
