Moving the E-brake
So I looked around but I'm looking to remove and change the location of the E-break inside the cab from the center to some place else.
Has anyone done this before?
I'm changing the inside of the Cherokee around and need the room for another set up.

Well that's going to be difficult. The entire assembly has a special divot in the floor to fit in and the hard line goes straight down the driveline pocket until it hits the rear brake hose mount. You would need to fab a new assembly mount and extend the brake line itself. Also would need to extend the electrical connection for the parking brake indicator light on the dash.

Some cherokees like postal or police units have a foot e-brake just like the commanches. I'd guess you could pull all you need from one of those setups and swap it in.

Thanks for the info, I'm not worried about making the mods, and moving the cables.
I'll look into the Comanche there's one at the junk yard.

Nice thanks man I'll have to look at how to attach the e-brake under the dash
I'm also looking for a shift boot for the automatic **** **** and 4x4 lever.
Any thoughts on that
I'm ordering a tuffy 10inch standard universal fit center consol and need to fill find a boot to use
