The V8 won't bolt up to your 6 cyl. trans. If it's fuel injected you'll need the wiring harness and PCM from the donor vehicle to make it "slightly" easier.

Check on here: http://www.advanceadapters.com/
You'll need to get an adapter to connect that 360 & 727 trans to your t-case, and some motor mounts.
Hooking up the '85 engine is easy. Get rid of the electric in-tank fuel pump as it supplies too much pressure. Carbs only need about 8 psi. Hook up the '85s electronic ignition. Mopar sells a kit for this if you don't know how.
Or contact Painless wiring > http://www.painlesswiring.com/
and they can sell you a wiring harness for it with what you need.

The ZJ's trans is controlled by the PCM, and that might cause issues with the "old" 360 not being controlled by/ connected to the PCM.
If you could shed some light here it would be helpful.
