I moved my shock brackets on my rear axle to gain more ground clearance. I am currently at 15 inches ride height on the rear shock length. My shocks on it are stock and are bottoming out at 12.75 ", I have kicked around numerous ideas of either moving the brackets, shocks with overload springs, air shocks, and I found a set of wrangler shocks that are around 11.5" compressed. Does anyone have any ideas of a shock that would be shorter and valved close to the Cherokee weight.
FYI, I have about 4 inches of lift on the back.

It sounds like you moved your shock brackets up too far. The easiest thing would probably be to lower them a bit. Or if you have rear bar pin eliminators take them out and extend your rear bumpstops a bit.

Yeah I know. I really like the brackets where they are, they are even with the axle tube currently. I need new shocks already. If there isn't a good recommendation on shocks, I will order new mounts and move them again.
