Pretty much what is shown on the 4.5" lift from Rusty's. Shocks, Coils, Leafs, Extended rear brake line, etc. What a 3" lift should make you not have to buy/worry about is extended track bar(shown in Rusty's lift); depending on comfort, a SYE; my guess you would need an extended front drive shaft with the 4.5(still will need rear one with the 3" lift). With a 3" lift, you can run 31s with little to no trimming. Sometimes lift settle a bit differently. I am running a 3.5" lift from RE and fit 31s perfectly.
If you have driveline vibes, you will need to address this with a tc drop or SYE.
You won't need an extended front driveshaft. If you need an SYE, a stock front ds can be used in the rear in most cases.
