Default mirror shaking floor rattling vibration

So it happens around 60 to 70+ (assuming after 70 as well)...It is a rolling vibration lasting for about 3 seconds the off for around 3 seconds and so on...all steering linkage is good wheels balanced same pressure, new front axles/hubs, d-shaft u-joints new, I have really no idea...also it's lifted 4.5" 4.56 locked 33's, heavy duty drag-link tire rod upgrade, dual-stabilizer...

What do your axle U-joints look like. Put the axle in the air and check.
