Making XJ history Axle Swap

Hey Everyone, so I have some exciting News. Well Its time for an Axle swap... but I am not going to traditional Wagoneer or 8.8 swap.... Not when this kind of opportunity comes my way. I have done alot of research and have not seen anyone do this swap yet. One of my best Friends owns the Nissan Pathfinder Crew Vehicle they Built on the Xtreme 4x4 TV Show. He is going up to 1-Tons and has offered me the deal of a lifetime. He is going to sell me the axles that were underneath the pathfinder $1000 and is going to help with the swap. So why is this the deal of a lifetime? Well first off, here is the Axle Swap Episode from the show...

Now the Axles. They have been modified since the show and here is the full break down.
Front Axle:
Dana 44
Yukon 4.88 Gears
Eaton E-Locker
Shortened 4"
chromoly axles (for a Ford F250 So its easy to get a replacement)
Full Float Conversion
Single Piece Axle Conversion
RuffStuff Diff Cover
Rear Axle
Chrysler 9.25
Detroit Locker
Yukon 4.88 Gears
Shortened 4"
Chromoly Axles
Full Float Conversion
I probably missed something but the conversion is starting next couple months. I will be getting new Drive Shafts and an SYE conversion during the swap. Let me know what you think. And don't worry, I will be taking plenty of Pictures during the install.

Have you measured these differentials yet for the fit in yours?
I see all you have is a budget lift you will need to do a full lift and fender trimming before the install and who knows what else. Are you having this professionally installed in your XJ?

I assume you'll be grinding off all the old brackets and starting from scratch?
What suspension design are you going with stock or custom?

Yup, New lift is going to be coming into play along with trimming.

Yup, we are going to be starting from scratch for Mounts and brackets. We are going to probably stick with as close to stock as possible. I want to either keep it stock or stock for another vehicle. I want to be able to replace anything semi-easily if something breaks. The last thing I want to do is break a "lets say" tie rod, I don't want to have to worry about ordering custom stuff that takes forever. I want to keep it simple, but tough.

with wheels for $1000 damn! great deal. whoever built those in the first place really tried to reinvent the wheel... but no matter. excited to see this thing put together, really cool man

Only problem i see is that front axle is a cad axle.For the front axle https://www.tntcustoms.com/ should have a truss with all the mounting brackets.The rear talk to ruff stuff they should have everything you need.

Honestly a xjs dana 30 and 8.25 can run 35s no problem if built up some.Fred and a lot of people on here run that axle combo and 35s.I wouldn't spend the money its gonna take to swap axles unless i want 37s or bigger and i would go 1 ton axles nothing smaller.
yeah but there's nothing wrong with being different from the rest, right?

I totally get it. Currently I have a dana Turdy5 and a 2 piece Dana30 both open and 3.55 gears. After swapping axles, new lockers, new gears, new axle shafts, all the upgrades to these axles make it worth the effort. On top of that, I get to spend some quality time with friends.
