Default Making Greaseable Control Arms?

Is there anything wrong with drilling a 3/16" hole through the center of the control arm and pounding one of these in to make a non-greaseable control arm a greaseable one?

I don't see the point on rubber bushings.

If you have rubber bushings you really don't need grease fittings on them. Only reason my UCAs have fittings is because they don't have bushings in them.

Thanks guys for the info. Didn't realize that greasing the rubber bushings wouldn't make a difference.

Anti-seize the bolts nice and heavy before you install them couldn't hurt.

In that case, there is no amount of grease nipples or grease in general that could help you.
