Lucas vs MMO Results
My jeep has gotten Lucas oil for as long as I can remember. Currently I have Marvel Mystery Oil that I am trying the first time. My first impression: Smells like mouthwash. I'm using this after having replaced my VC gasket. There was NO sludge in my 250k mile 4.0l. Anyways, RESULTS!!
5qts 10w-40 + 1qt Lucas: 30-40psi cruising and idling (warm)
5qts 10w-30 + 1qt MMO: Same
For my next oil change I will be running straight oil with numbers like these, though MMO is cheap.
I hope this helps anyone wondering about these.

I'm kinda confused on what your saying but I will never put Lucius in my engine oil again....Have you seen that oil bob guy?

I'm saying neither makes a huge difference. Especially for a $12 additive. That's 5qts of Wally Worrld oil!
Yes I have seen Bob's set up. That is what got me away from Lucas.
