to find out what bump stop you'll need:
flex out your jeep to your desired max flex
for rear measurements, measure the distance between your current stops and the axle. that distance is how much extra length of bump stoppage you need.
(ex: if there is a 1" gap and your current bump stops are 3" long, you will need approximately 4" bump stops)
I haven't done the front so I'm not 100% on the way to go there, but I would assume its the same... measure the gap from the bumpstop to the plate it hits on (idk what its called) and get longer bump stops that fill that gap.
a lot of people just use hockey pucks for the front, search "bump stop" and you will find a lot of stuff on the hockey puck mod.
