Nates4x4 has full size racks. $360 delivered (paid $300 three years ago).

This is the one I've been using for years. Works great. Aluminum so light weight and no rust. I've had close to 400 pounds of plywood sheets strapped to it without issue. In other words, this will hold any reasonable weight you should be putting up there up to the upper limit. Not knocking other products, but there's no need to stick a big heavy steel rack up there. No matter how heavy duty the rack itself is, you still have to attach it to the same XJ roof rails or drip rails like everyone else. Why start out hampering your total roof/rail weight carrying capacity by starting off with a heavy rack?

You also need to order the factory rail mounting brackets or drip rail brackets.

^ I have been wanting an aluminum rack for years, for the same reasons. My steel one weighs 65 pounds. 72" x 48". Steel has been the only option for a full size rack.
That Surco seems nice and just big enough at 45" x 60"

I'm glad you like the Surco (many do) but it looks like a fruit basket to me. I think there is an unwritten rule that the basket should be close to the roof length or so.

I like the full size racks like the Nate's, and others.

If you can weld, make your own. Add ons add up quick.

Here is a homemade one (not by me) that I bought off of CL for $40 minus mounts, he did a very nice job. I did have to paint it that was not so great from sitting outside.
