Chances are it's a short arm if it didn't say long arm.

I paid 500 for it without shocks but yeah I'm assuming it's short arm since it didn't clarify which for three inches should I worry about it being long arm or short arm its the supervride lift with full packa

At 3'' there is really no need for long arms.

for 500 yep that defiantly sounds like a short arm but still a good lift.

all long arm lift kits come with shocks (unless it is just an upgraded long arm for an existing lift), and they would be in the price range of $1000 up.

Not true...MANY kits come without shocks. Rubicon Express, Full traction, Claytons, I could go on. None of these kits come with shocks Most of them you can upgrade to include them though.

Regardless you will enjoy that 3" kit.
