long lca w/ a mid length upper ??
is this ever done? so not a 3 link. 2 uppers but w/ new mounts & about 6 " longer then the stock uca. pros/ cons . just things i think up.

what do you mean? are you thinking a mid length upper that mounts to the stock upper control arm frame mount?
a well designed radius arm 4 link setup has the upper arms mounted to the lower arms in the best location for both clearance and full cycle movement while keeping the castor best inline.

I'm not seeing the difference between this and a 4 link long arm kit, like the ones from Full Traction and BDS. Those kits have full length long arm lowers with longer than stock "mid length" uppers, with all arms connecting to a aftermarket cross member. But then again, maybe I'm not understanding the concept..
