Long Arm Upgrades??
So im looking to graduate from my Rusty's short arms. Where im getting caught up is what is the best bang for my buck and what should i stay away from. Also. Pros/Cons/Differences between 3 and 4 links.
Ive found
Rough Country*
Iron Rock Offroad-ive found mixed reviews
Serious Offroad*
Rock Krawler*
Clayton-out of my price range
I'm on a highschoolers budget here and lookin for info. Thanks guys!

Nothing??
What other companies are out there? And roughly how much cheaper is it to get the parts and weld up a long arm kit?

I know theres plenty of info on this site and ive been doing research. Many threads on longarm setups is a flamewar based on a company name. Thankyou but i was looking for straight answers to my questions.

When I go Long-Arm I plan on going with TNT Customs, or Clayton. I've seen both in action at comps, An wheeled in several rigs with both kits you cant go wrong with either one IMO. Research kits on here , NAXJA, Pirate save some cash .

Ive asked myself this question as well and ive searched and my decision come the time will likely be the rough country long arm upgrade kit, it gets a lot of hate but so did my 4.5" rough country kit and personally ive never had one problem with them or the kit. For myself i dont see the point in spending a grand on an upgrade kit when i can spend 500 on something that will do the same thing...and because ive search if something is to go wrong have a good idea that it may be the joints but im prepared to replace em with johnny joints if need be.
Your also going to get the argument on what is better, 4-link, 3-link, true 3-link or radius arm. again only you can decide what works best for your style and application.
Gotta do your own research than base your decision on your findings you cant expect someone else to give you the correct answer for you, kinda like what truck is best, ford-chevy-dodge
